Each year we seek your feedback to understand what is important to you as a member. This will help shape how we deliver services, activities and support to all of our members.
We have commissioned a leading, independent market research company, Research by Design (RbD), to carry out the survey on our behalf.
To make it as easy as possible for you to take part, we have emailed you a personalised survey, so please check your inbox for the link to take part.
The survey should only take around 15 minutes to complete. Your responses will be saved as you move through the survey so you may continue where you left off at any time.
