Professor Rowan Parks
RCSEd President
Professor Rowan Parks is a Consultant HPB Surgeon and Professor of Surgical Sciences at the University of Edinburgh. Serving on the Council since 2009, he has been on numerous College committees and short life working groups.

Professor Alex Phillips
Director of the Faculty of Surgical Trainers
Professor Alexander Phillips is a Consultant Oesophagogastric Surgeon, based at the Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle upon Tyne.

Miss Anna Paisley
Chair of RCSEd Patient Safety Group
Anna Paisley is Chair of the Triennial & ICOSET Conference Steering Committee. She has served as a Council member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh since 2015. She has contributed to a wide range of College activities, in particular as Chair of the Patient Safety Group, Global Surgery Foundation and Website Development Working Group.
